The whole game in three rules
Survivor — also called last man standing, or eliminator — runs on three rules and nothing else. Pick one team each week to win. You are not picking against a spread; you just need them to win the game. You cannot use the same team twice. Spend a team and they are gone for the season. Lose once and you are out. No second chances unless your pool sells them.
That third rule is what makes it addictive and what makes it brutal. Most entries in a typical pool are dead before Halloween, usually on a game nobody thought was close. The pot then belongs to whoever is left, and sometimes that is one person in week seven.
The reason survivor needs a tracker is the second rule. By midseason nobody can list their own used teams from memory, and a pool run out of a group chat eventually produces two people certain of different things. This board keeps one record: your picks by week, a strike through every team already spent, and the week an entry went out.
It works two ways. Just me tracks a single entry — yours. Whole pool is the commissioner's grid, every player down the side and every week across the top, which is what you print or screenshot and post each week so nobody has to ask who is still alive.
Nothing is saved to an account, because there is no account — your pool lives in this browser, and a share link carries a copy of the board inside the link itself.

Questions
How does a survivor pool work?
Every week you pick one team to win. If they win, you're through to the next week. If they lose, you're out for the season. The catch is that you can only use each team once, so you can't ride one good team all year.
What happens on a tie?
Most pools count a tie as a loss, some count it as survival. Pickani lets you mark a tie separately so your board matches whichever rule your pool uses.
Can I change a pick I already made?
Yes. Tap the week and pick a different team, or clear it entirely. Your board is yours — Pickani is not the referee.
Does it tell me who to pick?
No. This is a tracker, not a prediction engine. It keeps a perfect record of who picked what and which teams are gone, which is the part people actually get wrong.
Can I track a whole office pool?
Yes — switch to the pool board and add everyone. You get a grid of players by week with eliminations marked, which is the thing that normally lives in a spreadsheet.
Is my pool saved anywhere?
Only in your own browser. There is no account and no server copy. Use the share link or export an image to get it to anyone else.
